Dispute Application
If you believe there are issues with enterprise information, you may submit a dispute application through the following process

Submit Objection
The user proposes a dispute application

Initial Review
Confirm whether there are data errors; if incorrect, correct it; if correct, no change is needed

Formal Application
If not satisfied, the user can submit a formal objection application
4
Mark Objection
The data objected by the user will be marked on the product

Re-confirmation
Re-confirm data accuracy; remove mark and reply in writing

Process Complete
After receiving the written reply, if agreed, the process ends; if not, the user may request to retain the objection mark

Dispute Application Materials
If the data subject believes there are errors or omissions in their information, legal entities and other organizations can have their legal representative personally or designate an authorized person to submit an objection application; natural persons can submit an objection application by themselves. After sending an objection application email to GELSUPPORT@wind.com.cn, Wind Credit will arrange a dedicated person to contact you within three working days. Subsequently, please prepare the materials based on the following situations and send them by email.
Legal Entity - Legal Representative Handles Personally
- A scanned copy of the completely filled out "Objection Application (form legal entity or other organization)" with the official seal affixed
- Scanner of the enterprise business license (with official seal)
- A scanned copy of both the front and back of the legal representative's valid identification card
- Other supplementary information (if any)
Legal Entity - Authorized Agent Handles
- A scanned copy of the completely filled out "Objection Application (form legal entity or other organization)" with the official seal affixed
- Scanner of the enterprise business license (with official seal)
- A scanned copy of both the front and back of the authorized agent's valid identification card
- A scanned copy of the fully completed "Power of Attorney (for legal entities or other organizations)" with the official seal affixed
- Other supplementary information (if any)
Natural Person - Handled by Individual
- A scanned copy of the completely filled out "Objection Application (form natural person)" with a personal signature
- A scanned copy of both the front and back of the applicant's valid identification card
- Other supplementary information (if any)
